To consider, document, and where needed recommend extensions to the FIX technical committee to support business between retail intermediaries firms and Institutions / Exchanges. Specific deliverables will be a white paper documenting the required messaging and a set of candidate fields / messages (probably extensions to existing messages) needed to allow its delivery in FIX.
